Our Services

Residential concrete flatwork — start to finish.

From a single set of front steps to a full driveway replacement or a pole barn slab, we handle the whole pour in-house: prep, forms, pour, finish, and cleanup.

01 · Driveways

Driveways built for Michigan weather.

A new concrete driveway should last 25–30 years. We pour 4″ slabs (6″ where heavy vehicles park) over a compacted aggregate base, with wire mesh or rebar reinforcement and saw-cut control joints to keep cracks where you want them.

  • New pours, tear-out and replacement, additions and aprons
  • Broom finish standard; smooth or exposed-aggregate on request
  • Proper pitch for drainage away from the home

02 · Patios

Outdoor living, done in concrete.

Whether you want a clean rectangular slab for a grill and table or a stamped, colored patio that looks like flagstone or slate, we'll help you spec the right size, shape, and finish for the space.

  • Broom, smooth-trowel, exposed aggregate, and stamped finishes
  • Integral color and acid stain options
  • Fire-pit pads, hot-tub pads, and grill-area extensions

03 · Steps & Porches

Entry points that look as solid as they feel.

Front steps and porches take more abuse than any concrete on the property — they need proper footings, rebar tied into the home, and edges tooled clean. We size risers and treads to code so they're comfortable to walk and safe in winter.

  • New steps, replacements, and porch resurfacing
  • Frost-depth footings to prevent settling
  • Railings coordinated with your fabricator

04 · Walkways

Clean paths, square edges, smooth curves.

Front walks, side-yard runs, garden paths, and pool-area connectors. Standard width is 3–4 feet, but we'll size to fit the yard and the way people actually move through it.

  • Straight runs, gentle curves, and stepped grade changes
  • Broom or smooth finish, with tooled edges
  • Properly graded sub-base to prevent heaving

05 · Garage Floors

A garage floor you can actually keep clean.

New garage slab pours and full replacements. Vapor barrier under the slab, proper rebar or mesh, and pitch toward the door so water rolls out instead of pooling in the corners.

  • Standard 4″ slab, 6″ where shop equipment lives
  • Smooth-trowel finish ready for epoxy or sealer
  • Floor drains and trench drains on request

06 · Pole Barn Slabs

Big slabs, poured right.

Pole barns, equipment buildings, shops, and out-buildings. We coordinate with your builder on post locations, do the dig, pack the base, set the perimeter forms and rebar grid, and pour and finish in a single day where the job allows.

  • Thickened edges and rebar grid for heavy loads
  • Saw-cut control joints in proper pattern
  • Coordination with pole barn builders & homeowners

…and more

If it's residential flatwork, we'll take a look.

Sidewalks, pool decks, AC pads, generator pads, mailbox pads, shed slabs, basement floors, and tear-out / haul-away. If you've got a flatwork project that isn't on this list, send us a note — we're happy to come out and look at it.
